We ping your website every 5 minutes accross 30+ locations all over the world and keep a log of your website speed and response codes. If your site is ever down we will immediately open a support ticket with you to alert you of the situation.

What if my WordPress website breaks during an update?

Before any WordPress update, a screenshot is taken of your website then it is backed up to the cloud. From here the update process starts, once this is finished a second screenshot is taken of your site and the two are compared to find any issues. Even if there is a 1px difference in your newly updated website we immediately revert to the backup and notify you of any potential conflicts.

After signing up for your maintenance plan you can either provide us with a keyword list or we can come up with our own. We track the ranking of each of the keywords on the list and report changes in rank to you every month.
